CEO

On behalf of KINRADEN, MINDWEISS is seeking an experienced and commercially minded CEO to lead the next phase of growth for an internationally recognized Scandinavian luxury brand. With a strong strategic and operational foundation, you will help maintain structure, clarity and financial discipline in a creative and entrepreneurial organization, while supporting the continued commercial expansion of a purpose-driven brand defined by craftsmanship, design integrity and responsible luxury. Reporting to the Chair of the Board of Directors, you will work closely with the founder and ownership representatives to ensure alignment on strategic priorities, operational execution and long-term value creation.

As CEO, you will hold the overall responsibility for translating the company’s strategic direction into clear priorities, structured execution and measurable results across the organization. This includes driving the company’s financial performance through disciplined business management, including budgeting, forecasting and ongoing performance follow-up, while ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.

A key part of the role will be to strengthen the operational foundation of the business by establishing clear KPIs, reporting structures and scalable processes that support the company’s continued development. You will work actively to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, strengthen cross-functional collaboration and create clarity around roles, responsibilities and decision-making processes across the organization.

As CEO, you will lead and develop the leadership team and work closely with the broader management group to ensure the right organizational structure and capabilities to support the next phase of growth. This also includes strengthening the company’s people processes and HR foundations to support a professional and well-functioning organization.

In addition, you will be responsible for preparing board materials, presenting performance updates and ensuring the effective implementation of board decisions, while maintaining a strong focus on governance, compliance, risk management and responsible business practices.

Commercial and Structured Business Leader

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven executive with a strong track record from senior leadership roles with full P&L responsibility. You bring strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategic direction into structured execution, ensuring both commercial growth and financial discipline while supporting the continued international expansion of the brand. Experience in scaling an entrepreneurial organization into a more structured and professionally managed business will be essential. You understand how to create clarity, establish processes and build a strong operational foundation while maintaining the agility required in a growing company and supporting expansion into new markets and partnerships Experience within luxury, premium consumer goods or design-driven industries such as fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or architecture — ideally combined with international market exposure — will be considered a strong advantage.
