Ayman Mohyeldin is a journalist and news anchor for NBC News on MSNBC, offering commentary on American and international politics, as well as social and cultural news. Previously, Mohyeldin worked as a foreign correspondent covering the Middle East, Asia and Europe, reporting from war zones and regions in political turmoil and natural disasters, covering the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the Iraq war, the Syrian Civil War, revolutionary protests in Ukraine, nuclear tensions on the Korean peninsula and more.

In 2011, Timemagazine named Mohyeldin one of the 100 Most Influential People in the World, and he was named Journalist of the Year by both GQ and Esquire.
