Dr Khosro Ezaz-Nikpay

Khosro Ezaz-Nikpay is the founder and managing director of Zendegii Ltd, a start-up incubator with a focus on reengineering unhealthy food and beverage categories. Ezaz-Nikpay is also a founder of Enjoin Partners Ltd., a management consultancy that works with companies like private equity firms on innovation, differentiation and talent development. As chief executive of the healthy frozen food platform Frill Holding AB, a creation of Zendegii which launched on the Nasdaq First North in 2017, he combines deep insight into what is truly healthy, using patented flavour and texture technologies to provide healthy and tasty alternatives for consumers.
