Sojin Lee, who was a founding team member at Net-a-Porter, created Toshi in 2017 with an eye to revamping the e-commerce delivery experience in line with luxury’s codes. Toshi, the London-based last-mile delivery start-up founded by fashion entrepreneur Sojin Lee, won LVMH’s 2022 Innovation Awards Grand Prize in 2022. The founder started her career on Wall Street, but began her luxury journey at Chanel, working as an analyst for the fragrance & beauty and fashion divisions. She was then commercial director of Bottega Veneta, building the first BV website and other digital initiatives. Toshi has worked with privately-held giant Chanel on store-to-door deliveries in London for over two years, where it more recently went live with LVMH brands including Dior Couture, Celine, Rimowa, and Berluti.
